Payment Options
All accounts must be settled on the day of service unless otherwise stated by our staff.
We accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Visa debit card, American Express, cheque and bank transfer. We now offer Payment Plan by Humm too.
We offer HICAPS – direct claiming from your health fund.
Health Funds
As we are preferred providers for BUPA, HCF, CBHS, nib, humm and smile.com.au members of these health funds will have access to higher rebates than from other non-participating clinics.
We are also able to process claims from any other Australian health fund.
Child Dental Benefit Schedule
At Marion Dental we offer bulk billed treatment to children and teenagers who are eligible to receive the Child Dental Benefit Schedule. This means there are no out of pocket costs.
When making your appointment please advise the staff that you have a CDBS letter and ensure you bring your Medicare card and CDBS letter to your appointment.
Department of Veterans Affairs
At Marion Dental we welcome Veterans Affairs card holders.

Payment Policy
It is the policy of this practice to receive full payment for treatment on the day it is provided. We accept no responsibility for the eligibility or amount of health fund rebate received.
The dentist is happy to discuss treatment options with you and supply quote's for proposed work. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 08 8277 6025 or email [email protected]. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible within our business hours.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, may incur a fee of $50.00.
